Bobby Cheng received ACC's support as a Lady Fung Music fellow back in 2012. He has come a long way since then as he is currently Principal Oboe of the l'Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse, one of the three major ensembles in France. In fact, he is the first foreigner to hold this prominent position in a French Orchestra. 

As a way to give back to the ACC, Bobby initiated this concert with Romer String Quartet with special guest appearances included. Repertoire will include music by Mozart, Bach, Handel, the three greatest composers from the Enlightenment Period, as well as Britten, whose phantasy quartet has been praised as "consummately crafted.”
