A characteristic of contemporary art is that artists confront society and themselves, and use a variety of technologies and media for each era to present new perspectives and new ways of perceiving the world.
Collectors buy artworks not only for the enjoyment of displaying them or as assets, but also to admire and sympathize with the artistic uniqueness of the work. There are auctions, art festivals, and exhibitions, and commercial galleries in particular have unique selections of works, and collectors who share the same tastes will buy and "promote" the artist, which will increase their recognition.
This exhibition will feature many masterpieces, including many that will be shown in Nara for the first time. Experience Himemoto's unique time-space journey with the works that show the current state of contemporary art, featuring work by KIMURA Taiyo (ACC 2012).
