Search / Filter EventsFor Film Fest Ghent's golden jubilee, the festival is launching 2x25: 25 composers were invited to write a short piece of music. Subsequently, 25 filmmakers were inspired by the music to make a short film. As part of this project, Teresa Barrozo (ACC 2014) and Jia Zhangke created the short film "Out of the Jungle".

View EventThe Philippine Pavilion “Bangkóta” unveils in the World Expo 2021 Dubai, aligning with the theme "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future."
Marian Pastor Roces (ACC 2004) curates “Bangkóta” in collaboration with Architect Royal Pineda of Budji+Royal Architecture+Design. Jointly created by hundreds of construction workers, artists, and designers, the pavilion showcases specific spaces aurally defined by music composed by National Artist and ACC multi grantee Dr. Ramon P. Santos.
Also highlighted in the pavilion are exquisite visual works such as the mural “Super Past Time” by Dexter Fernandez (ACC 2014); the avian-motif sculpture at the bridgeway “Limokon and Timamanukin” by Riel J. Hilario (ACC 2012); and the dance video directed by Jae Hyung Wang, co-choreography by Denisa Reyes (ACC 1995) and JM Cabling to the music by Teresa Barrozo (ACC 2014).
