They are conducting research and engaging in exchange activities with local artists and experts on prayer practices, performing arts, and lifestyle culture handed down in various regions across Asia from a contemporary perspective, with the focus on animism and shamanism. Based on this fieldwork, they aim to create and present stage productions through international collaboration and foster interest and reflection on multicultural coexistence societies.

Founded in 2010 (formerly known as Office A/LB) by choreographer and dancer Akiko Kitamura (ACC2003, 2015) and was incorporated in 2017. It has organized and produced many international collaborative production projects involving Japanese artists and artists from around the world. Major achievements include "To Belong project" (2011-2014), an international co-production project with Asian artists, and "Cross Transit project" (2015-2019). Akiko Kitamura, who plays a core role in the creative activities, won "Japan Internet Theater Award for Best Performance" (1998) and "Dance of the Year by The Independent Weekly in North Carolina in 2003. She has received numerous awards including "Le top dix danse de l'année 2005 de Dfdanse: Dfdanse le magazine de la danse actuelle à Montréal" and "Japan Dance Forum Award" (2012 and 2018).
