Natividad is the Collections Management Consultant at the Lopez Museum and Library in the Philippines. He also provides guidance on the technical issues involved in the general preventive maintenance of cultural heritage objects to other public and private museums in the Philippines. He has engaged in technical development and knowledge exchange regarding artwork storage, exhibition environments, and transportation with institutions such as the National Gallery of Singapore, the Prado Museum, and the Walker Art Center in the United States, establishing international partnerships.
His fellowship in Japan aims to investigate preventative conservation systems and methods used in Japanese museums for exhibition and storage to share information with Japanese museums and improve the collection management systems of museums in the Philippines. Additionally, the fellowship includes research into Japan's seismic control technology, with the goal of developing a seismic control system for cultural heritage preservation in the Philippines, which, like Japan, is prone to earthquakes.

PETER JOHN NATIVIDAD is the Collections Management Consultant of the Lopez Museum and Library. He also consults for various institutions such as the Iglesia Ni Cristo Museum, Cultural Center of the Philippines, University of the Philippines, De La Salle University Museum, Metrobank Foundation, Inc., Vargas Museum, Banco de Oro, Museo Kordilyera, Ateneo Art Gallery, Iloilo Museum of Contemporary Art (ILOMOCA), Metropolitan Museum of Manila, and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, among others.
He received his diploma in Art Conservation from the National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property in Lucknow, India. He is one of the founding members of Alliance of Greater Manila Area Museums (AGMAM) and sits as the Vice Chairman for the Angono Artists Association. He was the recent Vice Head of the National Committee on Museums of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts.
